Our Policies
We act ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. Our commitment to combating modern slavery is reflected in our Ethical Policy, which has been amended to reinforce our stance and ensure comprehensive compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain includes:
- Suppliers of specialist products and systems
- Labour-only subcontractors
- Fabrication specialists
- Providers of professional services
We take reasonable and practical steps to ensure our standards are upheld throughout our supply chain. Through education, assessment, and the implementation of effective systems and controls, we ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Supplier Compliance
We trade only with suppliers who fully comply with our policies. If issues of non-compliance are identified, we reserve the right to terminate the relationship unless these issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Actions and Systems
To mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains, we have implemented the following measures:
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Regularly identifying and assessing potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Conducting ongoing audits and assessments to monitor risk and ensure compliance.
Annual Review
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes CEL Sheetmetal Ltd’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year 2024/2025.
This statement was approved by the Managing Director and will be reviewed annually.
