Galvanising

Galvanising is a protective finishing process where the steel is coated with a layer of zinc. This zinc layer acts as a barrier against corrosion, ensuring long-lasting protection in harsh environments. Galvanised steel is widely used in construction, automotive and outdoor applications due to its cost-effectiveness and resilience.

Zinc Plating BZP

Zinc Plating is a surface treatment applied to steel or alloy components, creating a thin protective layer of zinc. This process involves electroplating with zinc to shield the underlying metal from corrosion. While zinc plating offers moisture resistance and is aesthetically appealing due to its bright finish, it is best suited for indoor use since the coating is not thick enough to withstand prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions.

Powder Coating to Level 2 Qualicoat

Powder coating is a finishing process that involves the application of a dry powder, which is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto a metal surface. The coated item is then cured under heat, forming a hard, durable layer that resists chipping, scratching and corrosion. Chrome Plating

Chrome plating is a popular finish known for its striking aesthetic appeal. Anodising

This high-performance finish, with a 0.7 mil (18-micron) coating, ensures long-term protection and aesthetics. Previously, we completed Class I anodising for an architectural client, for a bespoke panel.
